“I attended the Welcome Host Gold training in Exeter along with my colleague and I just wanted to say how wonderful we thought Sue was as a trainer.  We have both attended training courses in the past (not with Purple Cloud), but have found that they can leave you a little sleepy. However, this was not the case yesterday. Sue made the training interactive, interesting and even fun. She had a really engaging personality and training approach. I appreciated not being presented with a book and working through it page by page as I have had in the past, but the day still flowed nicely and I feel we still covered everything.  It was great how she involved everybody without putting anyone on the spot, so even those who were a little shy could speak up as and when they wanted. Overall I can honestly say it was the best training day I have attended in recent years, and the content was able to be applied to the range of businesses that were there on the day.
