As director of a multi award winning attraction and winner of various Customer Service awards (including Enjoy England Awards for Excellence, Silver Award for Outstanding Customer Service), Rick knows what it takes to lead and motivate staff to become one of the South West’s top tourist attractions. With a passion for training and development, Rick set up Purple Cloud Consultancy to provide opportunities for businesses in the South West to participant in high quality and inspirational training and events. An experienced Trainer and International Conference speaker, Rick focuses on Team Motivation and Management Development and is a huge fan of ‘The Art of Being Brilliant’. He counts ‘Happiness at work’ as one of his core values! Rick goals in life include – inspiring the South West Tourism Industry to provide amazing customer experiences, to make the South West a happier place and to encourage personal development and growth through education and learning.

With over 10 years’ experience of managing Customer Service programmes, Helen understands business training needs in the South West and offers advice to businesses looking to develop and improve customer service. An experienced manager and administrator, Helen organises and oversees the delivery of the highly successful Welcome to Excellence programme. With experience in developing a range of new courses Helen can assist organisations to tailor programmes to suit their needs. Helen is passionate about delivering outstanding service and improving visitor experience across the South West. Helen has been a judge for the SW Excellence in England Awards and knows what it takes for a business to succeed. Helen is committed to raising standards, providing a comprehensive training programme and ‘Being Brilliant’!
